Mother's hospital bag

Going into hospital is not far off, pack your bag!

A wash bag and changes of clothes are needed, and a nightdress, dressing gown, towels, t-shirts or shirts. It is recommended having large, easy to put on clothes.

For labour, a few things in particular may be needed:  special maternity sanitary towels, disposable maternity pants.

For breastfeeding, you can bring nursing bras, nursing pillows that absorb milk loss and keep the nipple dry thereby avoiding the risk of irritation.
